Designed for those who live in areas of the UK with hard water, the scale filter from Quooker has been developed to lengthen the lifespan of your tap. By reducing the amount of minerals which make water hard and form appliance-degrading limescale, an ion exchange cartridge removes the scale-forming calcium and magnesium ions from hard water. It can then deliver soft water to the heating element of the tap and increases the durability of the taps mechanisms.
The filter also has high capacity, processing up to 4,200 litres of water before requiring replacement - making it cost effective in the home.
